Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info — give it about 48 hours to start updating.

We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Orders over $99 ship free. For orders under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking your order

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated after a few days, reach out to us through our contact page.

Missing or delayed packages

If your package seems stuck or hasn't arrived, check your tracking info first. If something doesn't look right, get in touch with us and we'll look into it. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and want to make sure you're taken care of.

Double check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
